Visit an audiologist to have ear impressions made, or if you're in Warsaw, come to our atelier. These silicone impressions are the blueprint for your custom IEMs. Download our impression guide for detailed instructions on getting the perfect impressions.

Connect with us
Once we receive your impressions, our team will personally contact you to discuss all the details – from color choices to special finishes to any unique requirements you might have. We'll guide you through the entire customization process, helping you make choices that match your vision.
After that, we begin the creation process, keeping you updated until your custom IEMs are ready to ship directly to your door.
This personal approach ensures that your custom IEMs will be exactly what you want – we believe that direct communication creates better results than any online configurator ever could.
The entire journey from first contact to receiving your custom IEMs typically takes 4-6 weeks, with the actual production requiring 3-4 weeks after finalizing all details.

Our foundational three-driver design with a three-way passive crossover and two-bore acoustical design. PSI delivers a natural, slightly laid-back sound inspired by classic hi-fi equipment from the 70's and 80's. Its punchy lows, balanced mids, and crisp but never harsh highs create an extremely natural soundstage that has made it a favorite among acoustic performers. Includes our signature switchable bass and lower mids control that would later influence our Heritage Series.

Our versatile flagship featuring four balanced armature drivers with switchable low-end characteristics. The switch adjusts low frequencies by approximately 6dB below 800Hz allowing adaptation to different environments without compromising musical integrity.

What if my custom IEMs don't fit properly?
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 30-day fit guarantee. If your monitors don't fit correctly upon receipt, we'll adjust or remake them to ensure perfect comfort and acoustic sealing (shipping costs may apply). Our rejection rate for impressions and extensive experience in reading ear anatomy helps minimize fit issues before production begins.
What does the switch on your custom models do?
Our signature switch technology, developed through years of collaboration with professional musicians, controls bass and lower frequency response. On the PSI, it affects frequencies below 1000Hz, while on the Model X it provides approximately 6dB adjustment below 800Hz. This feature serves multiple purposes:
Compensating for the Fletcher-Munson curve at different listening volumes
Enhancing or reducing bass depending on recording quality or genre
Adapting to different acoustic environments (noisy venues, airplanes, public transit)
Providing essentially two distinct sound signatures in one device
Do you ship custom IEMs internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using tracked courier services with full insurance. We have customers in over 40 countries and extensive experience with international shipping regulations. For international orders, we provide detailed guidance on creating and shipping impressions to ensure they arrive safely at our workshop.
Can I get new shells for my existing custom IEMs?
Yes, if you have earphones from us, we can create new shells for them. This service is particularly helpful for addressing changes in ear shape or updating the appearance of your current monitors. Please contact us for details about this service.

Sonically, our universal models benefit from all the expertise we've developed through years of custom work. Many of our customers actually own both – custom models for professional use or extended listening, and universal models for convenience or travel.
